Thank you for shopping with Sticker Dam! Every order is carefully packed and shipped by hand from California.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During holidays, product launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. If there's a significant delay, you'll be contacted using the email provided with your order.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

The following shipping options are currently available:

• Economy Shipping (5–8 business days): $5.75
• Standard Shipping (3–4 business days): $7.99
• FREE Economy Shipping on all U.S. orders of $25 or more

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

International Shipping

Sticker Dam ships to select international destinations using Shopify's discounted DHL shipping rates.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Please note:

• Delivery times vary depending on destination.
• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
• Sticker Dam cannot guarantee delivery times once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier or customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available) will be sent.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of Sticker Dam's control.

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please reach out at [your email address] with your order number. Every effort will be made to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, contact Sticker Dam as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, the address can usually be updated. Sticker Dam is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
